Caramelized White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies | Recipe PDF

A caramelized twist on a classic cookie! I've always loved white chocolate macadamia cookies, but always found them to be super sweet and lacking character (white chocolate's kind of boring -- fight me!). Caramelizing the white chocolate, deeply toasting and candying the macadamia nuts, and adding a generous amount of salt makes for a craveable delight that's totally worth the effort (and the calories :P).
